Yo-ho-ho and a bottle of toxic plastic!

Ok.  To get the ball rolling here are a pair of pirates that are unknown.  No markings at all but come with some interesting cloth clothing and most likely copies of the Remco Pirates of the Galaxseas series. Answers on a postcard please.
